- ➤ On July 5, Morgantown firefighters rescued residents and pets from a three-story wooden apartment building on Dille Street after a fire broke out early in the morning—dispatch was received at 4:52 a.m., forced entry evacuated the 13 units quickly, and the blaze was contained by 6:26 a.m. with one person hospitalized for smoke inhalation.
