🚧 Accidents
A tractor trailer crashed and burned on I-79 northbound at the Goshen Road bridge construction project in southern Monongalia County today—authorities closed the highway for cleanup and no injuries were reported.

The WVU Office of Sustainability and Parking Management partnered with Greenspot to install electric vehicle charging stations in the upper level parking garages at Mountainlair—lot ST-2 and Mountaineer Station—lot ST-3, which include six spots with four dual-use and two EV-only spaces. Drivers will pay $0.39 per kilowatt-hour as well as applicable short-term parking fees if they do not have a permit.
