- ➤ Jason Dunn is a law enforcement systems specialist and self-proclaimed tech whisperer who joined UPD in 2023 after working for ten years in casino and physical security. - ➤ Governor Patrick Morrisey spoke Monday in Bridgeport to announce a new plan that shifts focus from new highway construction to fixing and maintaining existing roads after overspending on past projects. He said the state will lower the percentage of poor bridges to below 10% by 2028, publish a prioritized list of repairs, and open up opportunities for local partners — a change that local officials welcomed.
