- ➤ Sukhjinder Singh, 37, was booked in the North Central Regional Jail on Saturday—he is charged with negligent homicide for allegedly driving a tractor-trailer recklessly during a snowstorm on January 27 and pushing a car off the I-68 Cheat Lake bridge into an icy lake, with bail set at $500,000.
