  • WVU Hospitality offers graduation catering with options for snacks and full meals, available for pickup at Mountainlair + Erickson Alumni Center as graduates prepare for their ceremonies.  West Virginia University
  • Enrout Properties is preparing a 27-acre pad in Morgantown Industrial Park with bids accepted until May 26; the work (involving clearing 48 acres and removing 1.4 million yards of earth) will take 250 days to finish as the company aims to attract a major employer.  The Dominion Post

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Ezekiel Irewole, Wycliffe Tugume and Sneha Haridas were named winners of the annual Three-Minute Thesis Competition held during Graduate Student Appreciation Week and Research Week at WVU. Irewole’s win moves him on to the regional contest next spring.  West Virginia University
  • SGA Vice President Rozaireo (Ro) Jones has been named WVU’s 28th Truman Scholar for his academic and leadership excellence. The Fairmont native, a journalism major, will attend Georgetown's McCourt School of Public Policy to advance his advocacy in the region.  The Daily Athenaeum
