- ➤ The Morgantown Public Library System unveiled a facilities plan that uses community feedback to guide future projects like renovating branches and creating shared-use spaces—immediate priorities include funding assessments and partnership searches across county districts. The Dominion Post
- ➤ WVU's interim director, Kyle Shatto, plans to reform Greek Life by strengthening safety measures — introducing an accreditation system and requiring reporting from chapters. He joined in October 2025 and will boost membership engagement and prevent hazing across campus. The Daily Athenaeum

- ➤ Garrett Ford Sr. made a lasting mark on WVU football as a player, coach, and administrator for 44 years before he passed away Dec. 14, 2025. A memorial ceremony in Morgantown is expected the week of the blue vs. gold game to honor his legacy. WDTV
